Turn Off any other functions on your computer that may be using the Internet connection when you are using when watching a live webcast. Also, there may be other members of your household or network that are using the Intenet which is taking away the bandwidth necessary to steam the webcast,
You can test your local connection at www.speedtest.net.
For watching our webcasts, High Speed connections (download rate) of atleast 1000 kbps work best.
If the webcast or video should appear to freeze, try hitting the pause button and then 'play' to restart the stream. If this doesn't work, try shutting your browser window and logging back on.

Our live events cannot be viewed on most smartphones and or mobile iOS devices.
Our recorded webcasts and on-demand videos are available on most mobile devices.

If you see a white page instead of a viewer this is usually due to the video stream being blocked in some fashion at your location. This can be due to a firewall, router or security application.
